                        DIRECTORY CONTENTS


   [1]	./snapshots

          This folder contains the 26429 snapshots available. 
	  They are labeled as: hit.1024.[00001-26429].h5 

	  We have split the snapshots across 27 subfolders. Each subfolder 
	  is named according to the range of snapshots it contains. Note 
	  that when opening a subfolder, the web browser may take some time 
	  to display the contents.

          To download all the files of a given subfolder you can use 
	  the Unix command "wget":

	  wget -r -nd -l 1 -A [extension] http://hal.dmt.upm.es/[.....DIRECTORY]

	  All *.h5 files share the same file structure. It can be explored 
	  from command line on any system equipped with HDF5 tools as follows:

	  h5ls hit.1024.26429.h5

	  The kinematic viscosity nu is constant and equal to 
	  the dynamic viscosity (density = 1 throughout).

	  The *.h5 files contain all the Fourier modes of 2  
	  velocity components (v,w), and one plane with the zero 
	  modes of the third component (u). To fully recover the 
	  modes of the missing velocity component, see routines 
	  under ./PostProcCode
